Richard Hill MA, MEd, MBMSc, DPC will be teaching this therapeutic technique and approach over 2 days in London at:
ICCHP presents a wonderful opportunity to learn this excellent technique. Ernest Rossi and Richard Hill published their book on Mirroring Hands earlier this year.
Mirroring hands takes you and the client the next step toward healing and resolution by utilising the connection between the outer and inner self to stimulate our natural problem-solving and mind-body healing. Mindfulness has emerged to help us re-locate our sense of safety, peace and self connection, which can be broken by both personal trauma and difficulty, and by the disruptive difficulties of the modern world.
Mirroring Hands is the natural progression for those who have been working with Mindfulness and in the fields of promoting mental and emotional health.

Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence training has already found a valuable place in organizations such as health care and education facilities. Mindfulness practices are gradually increasing in modern organizations as growing research continues to illustrate the benefits that soon become evident in the bottom line
An understanding of how thoughts and feelings influence our behavior has shown us that our worries about the future and past negatively influences our behavior in the present. Mindfulness counters this process by teaching us to focus on the current moment.
The specific benefits and application of mindfulness principles and practices are discussed in more detail in the areas of psychotherapy to relieve depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, and chronic pain, as an intervention for behavioral problems such as addictions, and to enhance the wellbeing and performance of kids, teens, and in organizational development.
