Grief & Loss Workshop

Unfortunately, most of us will experience the pain of loss during our lifetime. Losing those we love is never easy because we miss having them around, the connection, just popping in for a chat, just their very smile. Whilst grief is a natural part of life that takes time, some find it difficult to adjust and begin to move on. There is no set time scale to how long it should last but common-sense needs to be used. When someone is ‘stuck’ that’s when help is needed.
Grief & Loss, Moving on is designed to help your clients come to terms, let go but still remember to happy times with a smile.
The programme consists of -
Grief & Loss, Moving on manual
Information on the 5 stages of grief
Practical activities for clients to help them remember, accept & move on.
